Max Core

The Altech Max Core is a new range of compact soapstone stoves that brings the warmth and ambience of soapstone to any room. This range comprises three models and combines the trusted quality of solid soapstone with a more compact design and lower weight. This is ideal for those who want to enjoy infrared heat to the full without compromising on space.

Thanks to its smaller dimensions, the Max Core takes up less physical space than the Max Massiv, whilst offering all the benefits of long-lasting heat storage and remarkably low wood consumption. The Max Core is supplied as a kit, with both the firebox components and the soapstone carefully prepared for quick and easy installation. As the stove is delivered in parts, installation is also feasible in harder-to-reach locations, such as upper floors.

One of the most distinctive features of the Max Core is its modular design: the stove can be extended as desired with multiple layers, both above and below the firebox. This allows you not only to increase heat storage but also to adjust the viewing height of the fire. A practical advantage in rooms with higher seating, such as a dining room.

Just like the Max Massiv, the Max Core series can be expanded with the hybrid electric heating package, for even greater comfort, flexibility and remote heating.
